Discuss Maxims
Look at type based examples
Look at navigation exercise from previous day
Watch last 30 minutes of Lo and Behold

Read through Maxims and create a presentation that introduces 3 different ideas for the contents of your text. The presentation should introduce each concept and begin exploring what it will look like.
Choose a discussion leader for the below reading

Discuss common problems related to quiz and Wikipedia exercise.
Troubleshooting programming problems remotely:
1. Push your most recent code to GitHub before reaching out for help.
2. Send me an email with a link directly to the file on GitHub where you are having trouble. For example: https://github.com/dylanfisher/ci19/commit/36fab3db. I will be able to make comments directly to your code in GitHub.
3. Include screenshots of the problems you are describing.
Talk about Flexbox and Positioning

Finish your Geometric Abstraction composition and upload to GitHub. Please also upload your Flexbox and positioning experiments that you did in class to GitHub if you did not already.

Present your projects to a partner and work on homework. I’ll go around to meet about your project.

Based on today’s feedback, pick one direction for your assignment and consolidate all your maxims into an are.na channel.
Create another are.na channel where you collect visual references for your maxims project. Next week, I’ll ask you to present 3 different visual directions, so begin thinking about this now.
Begin considering different ways someone could view the maxims. Create a userlow and wireframe for your project. You’re encouraged to experiment and explore several ideas, but pick one that’s general enough that can be elaborated upon in the design phase. Use Sketch to do both of these and have them in one document on separate pages by next class.
Read The Web’s Grain by Frank Chimero and write a discussion question. Pick a discussion leader!
